Please read the following terms of service carefully before you agree to dog waster removal services from Poo Patrol 325
(Revised 3/1/2025)

1. Terms of Service

Poo Patrol 325 is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties. You agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by Poo Patrol 325 (“Services”). By accepting the services you hire Poo Patrol 325, you are bound to these Terms.

The customer understands our ability to provide the services are dependent on weather, grass height, access to your yard (which is your own responsibility), and other unknown outside influences.

2. Dog Waste Removal Services

Poo Patrol 325 offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.

These services include:

  • One Time Clean

  • Weekly Cleaning

  • Twice a Week Cleaning

  • Every Other Week Cleaning

  • Monthly Cleaning

  • Seasonal Cleaning.

All pricing is based on an average size yard. Larger areas will have an additional charge.

3. Accessing Your Yard

If we cannot access the service area due to:

  • Locked or blocked gates

  • Frozen gates

  • Unsecured dogs

  • Other obstructions


The visit will be skipped and the charge will still apply.

To prevent this, we recommend providing a gate code or access instructions. If you request a return visit, a $5 return trip fee will apply.

4. Weather 

We work in rain and cold whenever it is safe to do so. However, we may skip service during:

  • Severe thunderstorms

  • Flooding

  • Snow accumulation

  • Excessively muddy conditions


We operate on a monthly subscription model. If weather prevents service, we will resume at your next scheduled visit. No refunds or credits are issued, as accumulated waste will be collected during the following service.

Need an extra visit sooner? Contact us we’ll do our best to accommodate when availability allows.

5. Holidays

Poo Patrol 325 does not provide services on the following holidays:

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • July 4th

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Day

 

If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and resume the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.

6. Billing 

Recurring services are billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.

  • If a payment is declined, service will pause until payment is resolved.

  • If more than 30 days pass between cleanings, a First-Time Cleanup fee will apply before service resumes.

  • • Services may be paused for up to 30 days. After that, accounts will be removed from the schedule.


One-Time Cleanings are billed after service and payment is due within 24 hours. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be sent to collections.

7. Yard Condtions 

We always do our best to be thorough. However, excessive leaves, debris, rocks, or tall grass may make it difficult to locate all waste.

If waste is missed due to yard conditions, it will be addressed during the next scheduled visit once the yard is properly maintained.

If you believe an excessive amount was missed, please contact us promptly via email or text.

8. Additional Fees

The following fees may apply when applicable:
• Deck, patio, or sidewalk cleaning/sanitizing: $5 per visit
• Rock or pebble area cleaning: $3 per visit
• Customer-requested return visit: $5
• Service delays caused by customer: $5

Additional charges may apply for circumstances requiring extra time or labor.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, which may include:
• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email
• Property details
• Pet information

Your information is used solely for service and account management. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted third parties for payment processing, communications, or system support. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.

10. Revisions

Poo Patrol 325 provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the Sites to review any changes in our policies. Your continued use of our
Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
